DIFFICULTY

Guide Two is suitable for intermediate to advanced lifters. You will be challenged weekly by different exercise, weight lifted, and total reps performed. Included in this program are the most effective workouts you can do to grow a booty, build strength, and promote muscle growth.

Due to its intensity, I would not recommend beginners start with this program - rather I advise you to purchase the FFG Guide Bundle so you can start with Guide 1 and ease your way into Guide 2.
